November 12, 2019 - Dan read from his new collection, Salvage At Twilight, at The Cottage, St John’s College, Cambridge.

October 31, 2019 - Carcanet published Dan Burt's second collection, Salvage At Twilight.  It can be purchased from Carcanet Press, Amazon and local bookstores. The collection includes 34 poems, 30 of them previously uncollected, along with 3 prose selections from the 2nd part of his memoir, working title Every Wrong Direction. The subjects of the prose selections are big firm law practice; making law at the US Treasury; and growing arrogance in boom time (74-80) Iran and Saudi Arabia.

May, 2019 - The May-June issue of PN Review, #247, published Deposition.

September, 2018 - Dan Burt’s next 3000 word section of the second part of his memoir, whose working title is Every Wrong Direction, appeared in the September issue of PN Review, #243. PNR is serializing the memoir before its publication next year.

August 10, 2018 at 7pm - Dan Burt read from his works at Jessup Memorial Library, Bar Harbor, Maine.

June, 2018 - Dan Burt’s poems Manicure and Speechless appeared in the 2018 St John’s College Poetry Pamphlet.

June, 2018 - Dan Burt was a speaker at the "Worlds 2018" event at the National Centre for Writing, Norwich.

November-December, 2017 - PN Review published Gold Rush (Arrivals Hall, Jeddah 1976; Prospecting; Site Work; Departure), Dan Burt’s 4 poem sequence on the consequences to the Saudis of their first oil boom, along with the first instalment of the second part of his memoir, You Think It Strange.

October 7, 2017 - Bateau, the literary journal of the College of the Atlantic, published Dan Burt's poem Sum.

September 9, 2017 - Dan Burt read from his works at Jessup Memorial Library, Bar Harbor, Maine.

August 8, 2017 - Dan Burt was the reader and interviewee in College of The Atlantic’s summer cultural series “Coffee and Conversation”

June 19, 2017 - Dan Burt read at the St John’s Poetry Festival, St John’s College Cambridge.

June 13, 2017 - Dan Burt read from his works in support of The Poetry School at Coopers' Hall, 13 Devonshire Square, London.

June 2017 - The Clutag Press published Deposition as No. 20 in the Clutag Five Poems Series of hand printed and sewn collector's edition pamphlets. Poets Clutag has recently commissioned for this series - it does not accept unsolicited manuscripts - include John Burnside, Andrew Motion, Sean O'Brien and Hugo Williams. Clutag's long list includes original volumes by Seamus Heaney, Geoffrey Hill, John Fuller and Alice Oswald, among others. The Spring 2017 edition of The Institute Letter, a quarterly publication of The Institute for Advanced Study, published Dan Burt’s poem Imposter Syndrome.

February 10, 2017 - Commonweal Magazine published Dan Burt’s poem November 9, 2016 in their hard copy edition.

February 10, 2017 - Dan Burt read his new work in the Quiller Couch Room at St John’s College, Cambridge.

February 3, 2017 - The Greatest Generation, a poem was published in the Times Literary Supplement.

January 17, 2017 - Commonweal Magazine published Dan Burt’s poem November 9, 2016 in their on-line edition to coincide with the inauguration of America’s new president.
